AC/DC Backtracks SetLeave it to Angus Young and AC/DC to release a box set that doubles as a rockin' 1-watt guitar amp! The AC/DC Backtracks Deluxe Collector's Edition, which is due out November 9, comes in a 12x12x4 box designed to resemble a vintage AC/DC guitar amp—complete with the original logo that was spray-painted onto the rear of Angus and Malcolm's speaker cabinets in 1975. The "head" of the amp has a handle that lifts the top off to reveal the contents housed within.

The box set contains three CDs, two DVDs, one LP, and a 164-page coffee table book, as well as reproductions of original memorabilia such as buttons, guitar picks, and lithographs.

Disc 1 contains Studio Rarities, including original Australian releases of "High Voltage," "It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'N' Roll)," "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap," and more. Discs 2 and 3 contain Live Rarities, which is pretty self-explanatory. The two DVDs are disc 3 of Family Jewels and a 2003 concert Live at the Circus Krone. The 180-gram LP also contains 12 rarities from CD1, mastered specifically for LP.

The set is now available for pre-order, for $199 (plus shipping). For more info, and to see a video of Angus Young playing "You Shook Me All Night Long" (guitar tab) through the set's built-in amp, visit www.acdcbacktracks.com.
