BON JOVI Opens New Meadowlands Stadium

The New Meadowlands Stadium (recently awarded Super Bowl XLVIII in 2014) sits about 15 minutes from my home, yet as New Jersey rockers Bon Jovi christened the bowl with its inaugural concert, I was nearly 1,000 away in Florida on a Gulf Coast beach. And although this place is paradise, I do admit to some envy of the 55,000 fans who packed the stadium on Wednesday, May 26.
