On his 2015 release, It's Never Too Late, fingerstylist extraordinaire and "Certified Guitar Player" Tommy Emmanuel displays all the jaw-dropping technique for which he's known, but does so in utmost lyrical fashion.

How to Play "Californication" by Red Hot Chili Peppers

Released in 1999, Californication not only marked the return of guitarist John Frusciante to the Red Hot Chili Peppers but also went on to become the band's most successful album, having sold over 15 million copies worldwide. The title track, featured in this new song lesson, features an elegantly sparse main riff that is textbook Frusciante.
