Contributing editor to Acoustic Guitar magazine and the author of several books, including The Dobro Workbook, Acoustic Guitar Slide Basics, and the award-winning Beginning Blues Guitar, Hamburger is a true icon in the acoustic guitar instructional world. As a performing guitarist, he has toured with Joan Baez, shared the stage with such luminaries as Jorma Kaukonen and Duke Robillard, and released the solo albums Indigo Rose and Barrelhouse Guitar.
