Biography

Guitarist Trevor Rabin has earned a worldwide reputation for his innovative work as a musician and composer. He started classical piano lessons at age 6, and after hearing Hank Marvin and the Shadows, he picked up the guitar at age 12. By 17, he had become one of the most in-demand session guitarists in South Africa. Twelve years later, he joined prog-rock legends Yes for their comeback album, 1983's 90125, and on the strength of the #1 single "Owner of a Lonely Heart," Rabin became a household name in the guitar world. After a decade with Yes, Rabin left the band and since then has become one of the most sought-after film composers in the industry, with 34 films to his credit to date.
