I am having trouble accessing my account.

First, check to make sure that you're using the correct email address and password.

If you can't find your password, it can be sent to your email. Please see below for directions to receive your login information.

  • Click the "Have You Forgotten Your Password?" link that appears at the login page.
  • On the following page, enter your email address and then click the Continue button to have your password sent to you by email. For your security, we will require that you reset your password and re-enter your credit card information the next time you login.
  • Follow the directions in the email received.
How do I reset or change my password?

Log into your account as normal and you will be brought to the Your Account overview page. Look underneath ADDRESS & ACCOUNT INFORMATION and click the link to "Change Your Name, Email, or Password."

Remember that passwords are case-sensitive, must be between 6 and 12 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number.

I would like to have a physical copy of my receipt, but forgot to print one when I made my purchase.

After logging into your account, click the "View My Order History" option. This will take you to a list of every order you have placed. Click "View Order Summary" and it will take you to a detailed receipt of the order where you can print out a physical copy for your records.

How do I access the Audio, Video or Song Transcriptions that I've purchased?

After logging into your account, click the "Access your Digital Content Library" option. This will take you to a list of every digital item you have registered to your account. It will also tell you if you have any videos available to download, or sheet music available to print.
