At the age of 19, Belfast-born guitarist Vivian Campbell made his recording debut with Ronnie James Dio on the now classic Holy Diver album and was immediately recognized as one of the hottest new talents on the metal scene. In 1987, his monster chops helped him land a touring gig with Whitesnake. He next formed the blues-based rock outfit the Riverdogs. Then, in 1991, he was asked to join Def Leppard, with whom he still plays today. Additionally, he has released a solo blues record titled Two Sides of If.
